Join the CERPCA for a behind-the-scenes tour of the premier business aircraft manufacturer in the world, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, at their facilities near the Savannah International Airport. The visit will be on Friday, 27 March, starting at 0900. We will visit the facilities for the wing build and the G400/500/600 production line, then tour the Flight Test hangars and go onboard a test aircraft. The buildings are not co-located, so you will need to register on clubregistration.net individually and sign the waiver, as we will be driving as a group from the production facility on the north side of the Savannah Airport to the Flight Test hangars on the south side. At the conclusion of the tour, we will drive to a local Mexican restaurant, Los Bravos, for a pay-as-you-go lunch (not required). Please wear soft-soled, comfortable shoes and clothing as there will be quite a bit of walking required on the tour. We are limited to 25 adults attending and will have a wait-list in case of cancellations. Parking details and further information will be provided prior to the day of the event.
